
Microsoft Bing PubHub is being Retired. Bing PubHub no longer accepting New Publisher Submissions, Automated Indexing in News to Replace Manual approval Process.
Microsoft has officially announced the retirement of Bing PubHub. For those who don’t know, Bing PubHub is a platform for news publishers to submit their website for inclusion in Bing News. Bing will no longer accept new publisher applications via Bing PubHub effective immediately.
Pending submissions already received by PubHub will still be reviewed, and applicants will be notified via email of their submission status. Bing is adopting an automated system to identify and feature eligible news content without requiring manual publisher submissions.

Under the new system, Bing will automatically evaluate content based on key criteria such as authority, originality, relevance, freshness, location, and language. Bing wants to utilize AI-driven content discovery rather than manual application reviews.
News content from publishers that comply with Bing’s webmaster content policies is automatically evaluated by their systems for inclusion in Bing News. This evaluation is based on factors such as authority, originality, relevance, freshness, location, and language.
